Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the service you're interested in, and your message. If you use the chat on our site, we collect what you type and any contact details you share.

When you visit, we collect basic information about how you found and used the site: the pages you visit, the site that referred you, and any ad campaign tags in the link you clicked. Google Analytics also collects general device, browser and approximate location information.

We don't share your phone number or your consent to receive texts with third parties for their own marketing. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Who we share information with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the website and our business, such as website hosting (Cloudflare), customer management and messaging (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), email delivery, and analytics (Google Analytics). They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
- Our technicians. Outside our home base, some jobs are completed by trusted technicians in our network. We share the details needed to complete your service, such as your name, contact information and address, with the technician assigned to your job.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or others.
Cookies and similar technologies
Our site uses a small number of cookies and similar browser storage:
- Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits and see how people use the site. You can opt out with Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
